When our investment home sale fell through at the last minute we needed cash fast for an adoption already in progress. Since we are self employed a hard money loan was the fastest way to get the funds we needed until we find a new buyer. Dan at AHL was fast, professional and a pleasure to work with. Best loan experience ever and would recommend to anybody. No doubt saved our adoption!

We were searching for information about a Home Equity loan and came across AHL. Even though, we called them near their closing time on a Friday, Dan Conneally still took time to answer all our questions. Dan was professional, patient and very informative. It was a true pleasure working with him. The loan process was easy and was completed in about three weeks. Dan informed us that with a loan, a counseling session is required. We did ours online. This session was a bit lengthy, but gives information to educate you in financial matters. We enjoyed speaking with Greg and Nicole, who were equally as nice. We Highly Reccomend Dan Conneally and AHL.

Bad luck, bad planning -- it doesn't matter how one gets into a deep financial hole. We were told that hard money was our only hope. We googled and found Dan Conneally at AHL. No judgements or embarrassing questions, just immediate help, gathering information and searching for a remedy. Within two days he had found a lender despite our bad credit. Within ten days or so we had closed on a debt-consolidation loan and four days later were sending paid-in-full checks to every creditor. Life could start again. We deeply appreciate Dan's candor, honesty and professionalism. And his simpatico approach, which is basically: Don't despair, we can straighten this out.
