The most amazing experience ever. Bought acreage and used AgSouth for financing. Two Times we were contacted and notified of a rate DROP. No closing fees or hoops- just simply signed 2 papers and they dropped our finance rate. TWO TIMES. Nobody does that. The patronage checks and rate drops has enabled us to cut 4 years off a 15 note.
