The way they set up their documents, your billing cycle renews itself automatically, and I got stuck with a few hundred dollars worth of services I never even used when my contract was up. After you cancel, it takes 30 days to process the request, so be ready for another month of payments.Oh, and be aware, when your contract is up with them, the account lists on your credit score as closed, and your credit gets dinged, even though I'm still paying them for another 30 days
