I started going to A&F pawn shop when Tony was the owner 12 yrs ago. Being it was my first time going to a pawnshop he explained how it works making me feel like I've been a long time customer. I've been going there since. I didn't think I would find a more customer friendly place to go to until Maddy & Rich took over the business. They carried on Tony's tradition of making their customers feel as if they are the most important person in their store! They brought a family environment to a family business.
