Aetna is not capable of letting customers know if a simple procedure is covered ahead of time. I called ahead of time to verify that the procudure would be covered and the Aetna representative found Aetna documentation that explained that the procedure was covered. Performed the procedure and Aetna denied the claim.

Poor service by Aetna (using their international service over 3 years now on a global corporate private plan). Use other healthcare insurance providers when possible.

I have worked at this workplace and the atmosphere is quite pleasant. There are two buildings and have great architecture. Looks like any historical monument. They have cafeteria at ground level and it has good variety of food items (reasonable prices). The parking is main concern and for vendors you need to park your vehicle somewhere else and walk for about 10-15 minutes to reach the office. It's very difficult during winters.

Pays claims alright, but forget about getting a plastic ID card from them anymore at least for dental as they responded this is good for the environment. Great for stockholders; but for customers paying premiums, this corporate action is cheap, cheap, cheap, cheap, cheap, cheap.

After my 90 year old mother broke her back after about 1 week and a day of her waiting in hospital, they denied her rehabilitation —-Really???
