Feedback:

Undedicated clerks and management. Long lines, poor service, where tellers rather flirt among themselves than take care of their clients. Service desk disgusting. Waits of over 2 hours for any reason beyond teller service. Management no where to be found or assist.

3/7/17All I wanted to do was cash a check. Took me about 25 minutes just to get to the front of the line and to find out that I could not cash the check without paying a fee. Even though the check is from this particular Bank, I could not cash it without paying less than the $15 fee because I did not have an account! Yet every other bank will cash a check for either a smaller fee or no fee at all. On top of that, not once was I greeted and not once did the teller say please, thank you or even have a smile.As I began to leave I noticed at one of the computers there was a gentleman with two customers sitting in front of them. At first glance, you would think that the person behind the computer screen was a customer himself because of the unprofessional way he was dressed. I honestly thought it was a kid playing on the other side of the computer and his parents are watching him! (See pic below)

I'ts the only Bank in Somerton, the ATM never works it won't read cards on the weekends. The customer service inside is decent but they don't go above and beyond for the customer or even attempt to help out. I wish Somerton had more banks.
