I would say that this 'mall' is quite empty, not many people go here but still survivable. There are good food and also a place to relieve stress like the karaoke on the highest level. It's actually a nice place to hangout. There's even a grocer shop at the lowest level, 'Village Grocer'. Parking wised, if you drive there then it will be hard to find parking.
