Used the ATM in their lobby today got charged $3.00 but here is the incredible part! Went inside to ask if they would change a $20.00 dollar bill into a 10.00 a 5.00 and (5) $1.00. Do you know they told me they could not do it because I didn't have an account there! !! I was stupified, stunned and totally bent out of shape. So don't use this place for ATM services because you won't get any services!

The best credit union in Rochester! They treat you like family and will go out of their way to help whatever financial situation you're in. Unlike other institutions, they actually care about you as opposed to just making money off you. Nancy, Eric, Robert, and all others are wonderful, helpful people. I have been at this branch for 5 years, and I would recommend it to anyone searching for an honest, caring credit union. Always a great experience here :)
