Feedback:

Received a "pre approval" letter from this company. Went to their website filled in the number on letter and then received a call back. The rep was nice at first until I asked for longer terms. He mentioned it was impossible to do longer terms as the Loans are based on deposits etc.. I mentioned I knew someone that had a loan from loan me and it was a long term loan. And how it would be better for me to pay a higher rate to get a longer term which would allow me to retain more cash flow. The cash flow is vital to a business while the business is building clientele and sales. I mentioned for my situation it would make no sense to get a loan with short terms that would cause the monthly payment to be more than I could afford. I suggested a loan with payments that can be afforded would be better suited for me.He was rude wouldn't let me get a word in, and when I asked to let me talk he said nope calls over! click! This was just unprofessional, the call was recorded at about 4pm et 4/11/19. If upper management wants to review the call they can. If this condescending treatment is allowed by upper management then they should be ashamed. If this was just a rogue employee acting out I understand and want to bring this to your attention.
