Feedback:

I had my company truck in for a rear window replacement . He took payment up front and didn't call for three days. We tried to reach him, but could not. Finally when it was supposed to be "Finished" I was told to meet them at the shop where he stood me up. I had to call my customers the following business day and let them know they took the day off of work for no reason. Because the amount of customers already on the calendar, they were pushed back six weeks. All the guy had to do was CALL and let me know ahead of time, so our customers could have gone into work. From what I can tell they don't care if there actions have outside effects on other peoples business.
