Very unprofessional. One day I had to cancel an appointment for a Drive Time I signed up for and I made sure to call between the hours of 12am and 6pm. I called about five times at least and left messages because no one answered. Then the night before this appointment, the office calls me reminding me about the appointment I tried to cancel! Then when I tried to calmly tell the lady on the phone my situation, she got an attitude.Another time is when my mother called to make an appointment for a Drive Time for me and they set the appointment date for the next moth. But I recently got a reminder for an appointment on the next day that I never scheduled. I called them immediately (around 3pm) and tried to tell them about their mistake but again, no one answered.For anyone who didn't feel like reading all of that, here's the point: SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE because this is definitely not worth your time or money.
