Loved this office previously-- Our entire family were patients of Dr. Zucker for 10+ years. Unfortunately, he retired, and the new office is a disaster. The dentists themselves are unhappy, and there is a revolving door as they join and quit. Staff is unhappy and have expressed their concerns to me. I gave this office a chance twice-- my cleaning was not done well and the dentist was very kind, but, as I stated previously, they do not stay here. Lastly, my insurance was not billed properly, and I was not made aware of this until OVER A YEAR had passed since our family's appointments. Because of this, the insurance company will not pay the claim, and, even though I had full dental coverage, the office is repeatedly hassling me for payment. Legally, NOT MY PROBLEM. Incompetence of their billing department does not mean I have to pay for it, as per legal advice. Had they actually submitted the bill, they would have gotten paid.The one shining light here is Julia, one of the original hygenists. Unfortunately, the new office hours make it impossible for me to schedule when she is there, but she is fantastic. In summary...RUN. There are many, many, better options in the area.
