Feedback:

Take forever to resolve problems. Ask for paperwork to be faxed several times only to find out they have the wrong fax number more than once. Took months to resolve an issue that seemed like it could have been resolved quickly. Due to an error on their behalf $2,100 just say in limbo and there was nothing I could do and they would not release the funds. The funds were actually my hourly pay earnings. I am highly dissatisfied with ADP.

Takes forever to set up personal direct deposit account. Site is impossible to navigate and no one ever picks up a phone!!! Please tell me, why do employers still use ADP??
