ACME Lending LLC has been rated by their peers as the number one mortgage broker in the state of Utah. In 2015 and 2016 we desired to pull cash of of rental properties for other investments. ACME Lending process 8 loans for us. Some of them were on the same properties, and through a 2-step process allowed us to pull $ out at lower interest rates. They also shopped around a found a lender in Colorado Springs that gave us the best rates. ACME will for sure get any future business from us for mortgage broker services.
