Client Review on Aces Jewelry and Loan

Been doing business here off and on since their opening and they have been a great help when needed and popular with other family members because of their great selection of used items at a fair price. Yesterday on my visit with my family I noticed a wrist watch at a very fair and reasonable price to me but left without purchasing it but I had to return before closing to get that watch I had to have it. I brought the watch home and prepared it for a battery replacement and on closer inspection it was damaged. I read my receipt and they do not provide refunds but have a warranty and store credit policy. I wasn't too happy at the time but returned after opening the next morning with my receipt with the intention of returning the watch for store credit towards another one I saw at the same time but was at a higher price and PAY the difference but fully set to hear a reason after their inspection for them not to honor the return policy but after inspection and explanation of the circumstances of my purchase he asked me to show him the other watch I was willing to pay the difference on if I received store credit and after close inspection by who I believe is the owner he gave me a original receipt for the first watch a return receipt and a receipt for the new one and said paid in full no extra charge for the price difference.
