Used to work here and the people where happy to come to Ace Now all i hear is bad things rep and manager are rude. I only cash my check there. Not a great place to go.

My concerns are with Ace Cash Express, I went there today to pay my bill and they wouldn't allow me to pay because it went to my bank account instead. Here's my dilemma, Its not due to the 3rd of the month and because its' a holiday, it went to my account. If I standing in the store, why can't I pay my loan? I talked with a supervisor over the phone and she wasn't any help either. Their going to overdraw my account because I click a box!! REALLY!! Let me say this ACE Cash Express, I WILL MY CALLING YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE BECAUSE OF THIS!!!

I have "banked" with ace since 2014. I had 305 dollars fraudulently taken from my account on 31st of August 2019. I filed a claim and was never contacted via phone or any other communication besides the "Secure Inbox" in my online account. They first made me wait 14 days with not help just to tell me they would not refund my funds. You can obviously tell that it was not me and Immediately called ace to tell them I was at home and did not make the purchase, They did not even catch the fraud and try to help. I am completely disgusted with how this has been handled. If anyone has a way to contact the corporate office for Ace besides the disconnected number on their website, can you please send it to me? Don't do business with them.

Hi the only problem I had was I took my grandson to cash his first check, and it took a while but they made it happen, they checked all what needed to be checked before the process, while I was there I wanted a prepaid card so I could start taking care of all my online payments with this card, but after reading all the reviews I’m a little nervous.. I notice the teller always had her phone that made me nervous, they ask for my social # on a piece of paper I never took my eyes off that paper and all along I’m thinking is they typing my social, or taking pictures of my number, then I paid the fee for the card with my debit card when I got my receipt back all my information was on the receipt last of my card number the balance amount that was on my card, and I never handed them my card, I just felt some type of way the cell phones do not need to be up there with the teller. I was just with my sister n law because she’s the one who convinced me on getting a card. It was like 3 in the morning and we were just at home she got a text saying the amount that was being used on her card she said I’m at home how in the hell someone is using my card. It was card ‍♀️ ‍♀️

I have been a loyal customer with this company for well over 3 years. Recently, I encountered an experience with a woman by the name of Shelia that was highly disappointing. I recently received a loan and called to inquire about acceptable payment methods to pay it off. The customer service rep I was speaking with was unsure and transferred me to a woman named Shelia at the corporate office that was unaware of who I was or what I needed once the call was connected. Shelia had the nastiest attitude with me and was upset that I was transferred to her, as if I was the employee that made the transfer. She was so rude, I had to ask her if she was having a bad day. Mind you I was already frustrated because it should not have been that complicated for a simple question to be answered. Shelia continued to interrupt me every time I would try to speak and was so rude I am concerned that she is a representative of the corporate office. I asked her how I file a complaint on her and she continued to try and get around providing me with the information. She then eventually hung up on me. I was shocked!

Paid my installment loan off early. Applied for a new loan the same day and was told the system has to complete the verification. No one in customer service could explain what that even meant. I had to ask for a supervisor to tel me they do not have a clear understanding of what it meant. Mean while I received numerous emails stating to complete app online, then sign edocuments, then your information is not matching, then you were denied. Ever time I logged in my credit was ran. I called back the next day and was told to got to the store near and apply. I applied at the store and was denied due to the inquiries by Ace on my credit. I called the customer service number and was told the system was down. I called the corporate office today Monday April 15, 2019, the receptionist answered did not state her name transferred me to customer service. I called back like 5 times and the number just rang (one time she answered and hung up) I know for sure she saw me calling back. At this point I will just file a grievance with the state in with the Better Business Bureau. This company is completely fraud. I have never done business with them but got a threatening email from them about garnishing my wages or even arresting me. When I called, I got a man that claimed to be with corporate and he hung up on me. I have reported them to the BBB. I don't know how they obtained my information but I hope the BBB can shut them down and stop them from harassing people. My rating is clearly ZERO stars but that wasn't an option.
