Overall Feedback:

Our shop switched over our merchant account over to ACCPC for our credit card processing last October. Our contact is Michele Oser in the greater Seattle area. When we were shopping for a new merchant services vendor she worked up a side by side comparison to our previous merchant and was able to save us a substantial amount of money. Not a small thing for a small business! We also love that we can connect with her directly if we are having terminal issues or run out of paper! No joke, Michele has brought us paper in a dire moment! Thanks for the great customer service!
