We've worked with access accounting for the last few years with several issues from filing excise tax late twice costing us over $1000 Total in penalties. They were very slow to file my income tax also, i sent in all tax docs in February and it wasn't filed until October, took them 8 months! Looking back and checking how they've billed us there are many inconsistencies, double billings, credits were promised and not given. We've been very unhappy with access accounting, they never answer the phone and don't respond to emails, i would recommend anyone considering access accounting to reconsider, they've hurt our companies bottom line and the official answer from Ken Russell is, I don't care! Steer clear of these amateurs!
