Feedback:

Courtney at acceptance finance is AWESOME!! She is always eager to help on a moments notice and she has the best personality. She makes the company seem like a family and not a business.. very laid back comfortable environment. I wouldn’t use any other company. If you need help or just a vacation go see her.. you will be glad you did❤️

Feedback:

Sooo disappointed in these folks. Dealt with them since the 90's. We used the Enterprise office and had a great relationship with Acceptance until the Enterprise office closed and my husband was diagnosed with cancer. I called the Dothan office "Months" ahead of time and explained that with only my income of $503 a month we would not be able to pay our morgage of $417 a month from March to October 2016. I asked for help to figure out what to do. They kept saying they'd call me back once they figured out what could be done to help. I called when I didn't hear back from them and was told that they couldn't help until we were LATE with payment. Sooo true enough they called when we couldn't make March payment. A woman named Teresa Norwalk pretended to be sooo concerned and helpful.. Asking me what our bills were etc to try and figure what we could afford from my $503 a month. I told her our commitments not inc food electric etc and she decided we could afford $100 a month but informed me that YES we'd still be reported for late payments, even though we ask for help/advice months earlier. The following night my phone alerted me that there was activity on my credit report. I checked and it stated that Acceptance had done a HARD hit on my credit. I called the next day and this Teresa Norwalk informed me that she had ran the credit check on me as she wanted to know my financial commitments... I was fuming to say the least. She did not have my permission to run a credit check plus I'd told her my commitments when she'd asked. So here we are in August and yes we've done without and had to beg, borrow and sell our belongings to make payments but now our principle is down to 1,700 and something dollars. I'm hoping to be able to pay our last payment to them around the same time as my husband has his last chemo in Oct. Thank God my husbands prognosis is awesome!!! Oh and Teresa Norwalk.... I deleted your friend request that you sent tonight....I've never met you or want to... So PLEASE no more friend requests!!!
