Branden and his assistant Lois were great! I was doing the whole process from Germany and they took time to email back and forth explaining everything I needed to know as well as taking time from their busy schedule when I wanted to call them about something. Super helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend! Awesome first time home buying experience!

Working with Branden Bates has been an extraordinary experience . He and his team work very hard to get the job done when other lenders can fall short. I would say he is a Miracle worker and has closed loans that others couldn't even touch. Being a professional in this industry, I want my client's to be in great hands. I would recommend Branden 100% every time . Through his communication. follow up, and commitment, you alway's know you have someone on your side. I know my clients are always taken care of, and anyone who uses his services would be too!!

This was definitely an easy review for me. Branden and his team are absolutely amazing! He was responsive with all of my questions (trust me there was a lot), he was available when I needed him, and they were fast in processing my loan application. I was told that buying a house would be a stressful and overwhelming 30 days at least. Branden and Academy Mortgage made it the complete opposite. He worked hard to get us the lowest rate possible and we are happy! Communication is key... and these guys nailed it. The videos throughout the stages of the loan were pretty entertaining as well! Next time I buy, I am using Branden!
