I worked mostly with Tera and Janessa during the 6 week closing process. Tera responded to questions quickly over email, even on evenings and weekends; and Janessa prepared documents for us to sign using Digisign, a convenient tool enabling online signing. The team at Academy Mortgage was flexible to our needs allowing us to make adjustments to our loan during the closing process witout any delay to our closing date. The whole process way laid out and explained in a way I was able to understand making for a smooth experience from start to finish. Thanks for the help buying our first house.
