Got the run around. My loan was unique, have great credit. They looked at everything and said it was all fine. Two months of paperwork back and forth.....waist of my time! Wouldn't have been as upset, but I explained everything up front to avoid all of the run around. Turned downed cause of how I fill my taxes, but they knew that up front. Frustrating experience!!

Michelle Camacho is the Best Loan Officer in the World. I purchased 5 homes before this one with the help of a Loan Officer. 4 of them are in Florida and 1 other one here in California. All of these didn't compare to the service that I was given by Michelle. At one point she was in the hospital and kept working on my file so that we could close on our Dream House. She never gave up even when it looked like we wouldn't be able to close. She is truly one of a kind and deserve an award for her efforts. I will never forget this experience.

Mr. Gerdau goes above and beyond to help his clients. His team did everything possible to make the lending experience easy and fun. Mr. Gerdau was quick to return my phone calls, worked with another local lender to help get the short sale approved of the home we were purchasing, and knew all the lending laws that applied to our situation. I would recommend that everyone use him for any home financing that they need.

He is very efficient and knows how to speed things up and get the process done quickly. Cuts through the red tape, gives it to you straight and honest and takes care of business. No lagging here.
