Christy Balsbaugh was the biggest blessing we could have ever hoped for in a loan officer. The whole entire process was so seamless and easy because of her guidance. She responded quickly to my questions, and there was never a question she didn't have an explanation for. She educated us about a grant program that we knew nothing about, and saved us over $12,000!
