I am so glad we came to her. She made the entire process simple and easy to understand. She was personable, and was always available for questions. I recommend her above all. Absolutely terrible and Joseph gracia must be just a conforming lender only taking easy closers. Lost 2 houses since july, not 1 phonecall out of 5 returned.

I went with this company due to the high ratings, I submitted my pre-qualification document that they asked for on a Friday, e-mailed them the next week and they said they would get back to me, never did. I e-mailed them again a few days later and still hadn't heard from them. Due to them not responding I lost out on the house I wanted to put an offer in on, went with a different much more responsive company.
