Luke and Suzanne, from the Fort Collins Colorado Office, went above and beyond in their efforts to assist us. We had a "worst nightmare" situation going on with our prior mortgage company and they hung in their with us and advocated for us until it was resolved. Our refinance wold have never been successful if it were not for their patience and assistance.

My husband and I worked with Jennifer Higgerson and her team at Academy Mortgage. We were so blessed to have someone we know was on our side and available to review our options with us and understood our goals and helped us get a loan that suited our needs. She and her team including Jenny and Suzanne did so much work upfront to ensure that it would be a smooth process. Because of this - we were never concerned about our loan - we knew they were keeping a close eye on the details for us!
