This is the third (or fourth maybe?) loan Jake originated for us and other family members. In a difficult business he gets the job done quickly and effectively. His support staff - including loan processors - are very good at what they do and pleasant to deal with. Being treated nicely becoming more and more rare these days. Everything went fine and on time. Jake runs a tight ship and we appreciate it.

My mortgage officer, Mr. Jacob Bryan, is fabulous! He was so helpful in the course of my loan application by explaining to me the process, the paperwork, and the fee, in details. Furthermore, Jacob made me understand mortgage terms that I struggle to comprehend. being a first time home buyer. He untiringly answered my questions, never sounded annoyed, even if my questions are sometimes self explanatory or already provided for in the paperwork. He answered my calls pertaining to my loan and returned my call, at once, when he is not available the time I called. My total experience with Academy Mortgage was a learning one mainly due to Jacob's compassion to a loan applicant, like me, and for his hard work. It could have been better if I meet Jacob personally to express my gratitude for all his help. In behalf of my husband, I thank you Jacob! Keep up the good work! I would also thank Rick Parreco, my realtor, who recommended me Academy Mortgage, as my loan office. Both Rick and Jacob were working hand in hand to make my housing loan possible. You guys rock!!!
