On the whole, this was a very smooth experience. As first time home buyers we needed a lot of help understand the process and we felt very guided as we learned/worked the loan process. That being said our biggest hurdle was getting proper documentation submitted to the processor. The online portal was fantastic and very intuitive. Our one complaint would be the woman who processed our paperwork. She was very prompt about sending and replying emails but she would often send them with not enough info I.e. Using language that assumes we know what exactly what we should be submitting. Emails would also come with grammatical and punctuation errors. Not a big deal, but as a client making the biggest purchase of their life, you would like every indication of competence and full confidence. We also would submit documents only to be asked for them again or with little detail to revise. If there was one chink in the armor so far, this would be it. All told, we are very pleased with our experience. Manner and personality were absolutely not an issue. All personnel were very friendly and pleasant at all times.
