Even though when we would go to her office, she would have stacks and stacks of file folders on her desk, which led us to believe she was dealing with many clients, every time we would call her, she would pick up with the details of our case without losing a single beat. She went above and beyond, researching specific things for us, for example, a flood insurance issue and how we should pursue dealing with it ourselves after purchase.
