Throughout the process, which was not always smooth, the staff worked for me as both an advocate and educator in the process. Communication was regular and all of my questions were answered in a clear and concise manner. The team took the time to get to know me as more than a borrower but instead as a person. On occasion Todd Grangard, who was a gem to work with, would call me well after hours to answer a question. When I closed on my home, Dawn, Todd and Delia called to congratulate me sharing my excitement. If you want a lender that will work for you, Academy Mortgage in Casa Grande is the place to go.
