The entire process was so easy and smooth. Wane was in contact with us throughout the entire process, and answered any questions we had. We have personally used Wane twice going on our 3rd transaction and he is always so helpful. He is available anytime for questions and concerns. He is knowledgeable, thorough and is always making you feel like you are his only client. In addition to my personal lending needs, as a Realtor he is the first person I always recommend to my clients because I know that he will take care of their every need. Makes it easy. There are few things as stressful as buying a home, we have used Wane to finance both of our home purchases and had 0 bumps. We didn't have to worry because we knew Wane had it under control! He makes sure all the t's are crossed and i's are dotted so you don't have any nasty surprises.

Wane is a magician! He literally can make just about any re fi go thru. Me and my husband had a rough start this year due to some medical problems with me and my son. Due to that we racked up some pretty hefty debt. I went to Wane and asked him to help. He was able to get us a refinance and enough cash out to pay off all of our debt. I can finally sleep at night not worrying about how we are gonna make it to the next payday. I have gone thru Wane 4 times now and got my mom to go thru him for her condo purchase and recent re-fi. Wane and his team are so helpful, they walk you thru every step and respond quickly to every email I had with questions. They made the process so easy.
