This place is a joke, just spoke with customer service she was great found our missing money, she went to transfer us to the supervisior and he wasn't concerned about how his bank location was taking peoples money and new staff not knowing what they are doing. He was more concerned about the turn over rate than the customers needs. Obviously the customer isn't always right with this place. I'm closing my account as soon as they open and taking my money that the teller tried to take that feeds my children and pays my bills.

Well I must admit I have never seen a more pathetic bank than the Academy Bank in commerce city Wal-Mart.The manager of Asian decent should choose another career. NO ! That was not a racist remark! It was a factual statement.... I did not comment on his flaming nature, nor did I recommend that he work in a fertility clinic collecting samples. I waited a while and asked if I could buy some change rolls. I was told no... Because I was not a member of that bank. Hmmm does the Treasury dept know this bank will not sell their currency. I was told it's an incentive to join their bank. Wrong... America if banks gave out free money. Wouldn't you feel more like being a member of that bank.

They Suck at banking. They're Customer Service on the phone take your money as fast as they can. When you don't Authorize a charge they take over 10. Days or longer to put it back in your in Account. Leaving them to go another bank who's fair FDIC, and won't lie to their customers!!

After opening an account I discovered I had no online access. The "banker" lol, who set up the account also choose my login code and password for me. Isn't that sweet, now I have to go through the process again. Thanks academy bank, terrible as usual.
