I will never use this company again. Went smooth for the first year or two of having a loan with them for a car. And now I have nothing but problems with them. My co-signer tried to pay my payment for me(his name is on my account) and the lady refused him and the money. She wouldn’t even bother to check her computer to see that his name is listed. That’s not the only problem I’ve had either. Once my loan is up, I am done with them and their ignorant staffing. I do not recommend going here.

I bought my first house with a mortgage from one of the big banks, ten years later I bought my second home with a mortgage from Abri, the difference was amazing! Jamie Hogue walked me through the application step-by-step, every email was responded to within hours, and everything was explained to me in simple, straight forward terms that where easy to understand. When it came to the closing Kim Crossman was extraordinary! Even the builder commented on how communicative she was, and that they had never received a clear-to-close as quickly as they did with her. The rate I got was lower than the national average at the time it was locked in, and lower than the Rocket mortgage guys. Overall a unbeatable experience, if your looking for a mortgage give Jamie a call, I bet you will end up going with Abri!

My experience with Abri was fantastic. Jaime, Shanan, and Kim were extremely helpful and answered my questions in a timely manner and with detailed explanations. The home loan process is lengthy and can be overwhelming, but they walked me through it with no problem, and even got me a great rate...can't ask for more than that.

At every stage, I was told what they needed from me when, and the next steps for the loan process. Their strong customer service made what could have been a stressful experience easier.

We have had our checking and savings accounts with ABRI for over 35 years. We have moved around a bit and have kept those accounts. Over the last 15 years all our banking has gone through ABRI accounts. We have also used commercial banks in the last few years for our house mortgage and line of credit. After some bad experiences with commercial banks, we recently moved our mortgage to ABRI. It was a very straightforward and transparent process and we should have done this a long time ago. Highly recommend ABRI credit union.
