I started banking here at a stressful time in life. Karla was my lifesaver then. As time went on, Abby Bank was the choice for my children to open accounts; they love the mobile banking. I had need to discuss some matured CDs recently. From the gal in the lobby, to Heather on the phone, to Sabrina and Carmen in the office, everything was taken care of thoughtfully and efficiently. Their patience is/was so appreciated. If you call the 800 number for assistance, they will walk you through any technical issues with the same patience, efficiency, and compassion that the office personnel show. (Thanks, Bianca!)
