Went here from the advice of a coworker to see what home loan options they could offer me. My coworker said they were so great! With a credit score and fico score being in mid 700's they couldn't offer me a thing! First problem was they said there was a computer issue and it would be a day or two before it was fixed and they could process it called back about a week and half later after not hearing back from anyone of course and they said i was denied. Couldn't offer me a single thing. I wouldn't use them for anything! Ive been approved at banks. Thought credit unions were so great! Maybe ill try another a different company!

Piss poor customer service when it come to accessing your money on the weekends with the ATM. Twice in the past 3 weeks I haven't been able to get any money out of the ATM. The first,the receipt said I had exceeded my daily limit on my card,when I hadn't taken any money out in several days. Last night I tried using the ATM,and it said "all money services temporarily unavailable" needed the money,had to use another banks,and was charged fees for usage. This is BS! I am about to close my accounts and take my business elsewhere.

I’m a huge fan of Abbey Credit Union. Very friendly staff, prompt service, and great locations. Eric Stetzel is one of the most helpful commercial bankers I’ve ever worked with. This bank clearly places an emphasis on customer service.
