Very user friendly - whole look and feel is very similar to current smart phones and that makes easy for new users to adapt. This is my first business and having abacus made difference in actual training time. And live support is great. I had higher initial set up cost as i had to buy ipads - yet the value for money is also great. And the team handled sales and support were very genuine and friendly too!

I don't know much about this company except that the app they have created for Roll'd is next to useless. I receive repeated notifications that my order is ready for pickup days later. And it took more than 5 tries to add my credit card when I first downloaded the app.

functionality is not there at all. i dont know what the previous reviews are raving about... other competitors arent five times the amount... no where near that amount.... The ordering system is ok , but the worst is the back end. Data collection, live feeds, rosters and such. it gets extremely frustrating and time consuming. yes they are local, so its "easier to communicate" but their support is only from 9-5 anyway. whereas others are 24/7, even if overseas.There is still a lot to improve compared to others. i rather pay a little bit more to use other systems.

We use Abacus POS across all our stores and it's simple, easy and efficient to use. The best feature is that I can see all the sales real time anywhere on my phone. Using the reports we can make some fast business decisions to improve what we're doing or pick up on key areas that need more attention. Definitely worth the investment and the service is ace!
