The most helpful company and best service ever... Unfortunately when strangers come onto this rating who have never used the company and write malicious reviews really makes this a mockery.This company had grown over the last 26 years and would not get to survive if the vast majority thought it were bad!! The last review has been reported to Google and the person will be prosecuted for libel.......:-)

The most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with.........supposed Vectron dealers, I'm still in contract with Vectron and Abacus put the phone down and refused to help after a system failure due to the installers (apparently the Abacus office manager) incompetence in installation of said system. Be very careful if you have to deal with someone called John from this company.
