Popped in on a whim to see if I could renew my driver's license...DONE! Got there at 1:30pm on a Saturday and was out at 2:15pm! Awesome since they close at 2pm. Also, got my AAA membership renewed in case my car dies on the road. Lots of discounts, too. Bonus!

One of my vehicles cought fire and FD extinguished itCop was calling a tow truck.I told him I had AAA. The cop said he already called someone I told him if it's not AAA I wont allow them to hook.Cop said AAA Better be here in 20 min. I explained it to AAA and they were there in 20min. Thanks AAA You saved me $450.

AAA in Connecticut is horrible! They left my 18 year old son stranded on I-84 West for 5 HOURS!!! Between me, my son and his father we called AAA 14 times to have him picked up and each time they would say "oh I'm so sorry, we're very busy right now but we will get someone out there as soon as possible." But then after about 5 minutes my son would get a text message saying "the expected arrival time has been changed to blah, blah, blah." And it was always Later than they had promised him over the phone!! We ended up looking on a map and finding local mechanics in the area who would go and get him! THAT'S how it finally ended! A nice man from a local garage - Franc's - came out 10 minutes after we called and he towed my son's car to his shop and had him back on the road again in about an hour. A Huge Thank You to Franc's in West Willington, CT for coming out to help my son and save the day. No thanks to AAA who left him stranded. Oh and I should mention that he had a 6 hour journey still ahead of him because he was traveling from the NH border to PA where he was going to start college in a few days! Unbelievable.
