The staff was so friendly and helpful - I went to renew my driver's license. I left one piece of my documentation behind and received a message from the office letting me know and stating that they would hold it aside for me to pick up at my convenience. This is great customer service!

They are useless. I joined solely because I wanted to replace my Mass ID in town and avoid the DMV. Last week they couldn't because of "fees" I owed from 20 years ago(and for the record paid ,19 years ago) I took care of that with the DMV on line. This week I can't get replacement ID because the Massachusetts issued ID I was trying to replace was "not replaceable?" That, I probably could have handled. The "lady" I had to deal with today was rude and talked down to me without giving me a valid reason for anything or trying to fix it. Great customer service was not her strong suit. Also, the lady last week could have told me that even after I paid the "fees" I wouldn't be able to get a new ID there.

I just love that they help with so many things. When I bought a car they helped with the transfer paperwork, when I pay my insurance bill at 4:45 p.m. on Fridays they don't complain, when I need movie tickets they provide them. Most of all, the staff is very accommodating and pleasant. They learn your name. It's nice.
