Went to this office today to renew my license and get a REAL ID. The people who work there were so helpful and friendly, and the wait time was pretty much non-existent. Being able to access RMV functions through this AAA office, instead of the actual RMV, was worth the AAA membership alone. Great experience!!

Waltham location refused service 2 hours and half prior the closing hours informed on the website! Blonde staff woman was rude and condescending! Don't let the Branch Hours: Saturday: 9:00am-1:00pm fool you, I arrived at 10:30am on a Saturday at the Waltham location once inside I saw around 20 people waiting I asked where was the end of the line once I got at the end of the line I was approached by this blonde women staff telling me that I couldn't be attended because they already have enough people to attend and she wouldn't work pass 1pm because its the closing hours. It was very frustrating leave your house and drive to the location and being told that you can't be attended even though you have arrived during office hours and 2 hours and half prior to the closing hours. What kind of policy and customer service is that? Can you imagine if you go to the bank , post office, restaurant few hours prior the closing hours and they refuse to attend/server you because they already have enough people waiting and they can't pass they closing hours? If the Waltham location has this kind of policy that should be informed in the website next to the Branch hours informing that you may not be attend during the hours informed if they reach a number of people prior of the closing hours. Very disrespecting to the AAA members.

Went to the Waltham office today to renew my Massachusetts Duvers License. My experience was totally amazing. The staff at this office is friendly, competent and totally helpful. Unlike the RMV the wait was short and the process easy and painless. If you live or work close enough to this location I highly recommend you do your business transactions here. Don’t look any further. My gratitude goes out to all at AAA Waltham, MA. NOTE: you must be a AAA member.
