Waited over 3 hours for someone to tell me the battery was dead but they could not install another one because the terminal was also messed up. So then waited THREE more hours for the tow truck - but then the auto repair place was closed - tried calling a few times while waiting and NEVER got though - once was on hold for 29 minutes and just gave up. From a few friends I talked to about this - this is NORMAL now. First time ever that I used my card.
