Helpful courteous Stafford me in and out (for driver's license) in under 20 minutes!

TWO HOURS to renew your license. They only have ONE computer to do this function.. AAA and the RMV need to get their act together!

I'd love to give them 5 stars but the quality really depends on the driving instructor. I highly recommend everyone but a woman named Joyce. She was so unprofessional...stopped to "pee" at Dunkin' Donuts every session with my sons. Told one son to hurry and just go--the right of way is taken not given....huh?! She actually yelled at all three of my kids at various times and even pounded on the inside of the windshield telling them where to go and what to do while they were trying to drive. Completely stressful. My daughter, a cautious driver, came home traumatized and in tears. The boys are easier going but every session was another crazy Joyce story. The male instructors they drove with were all excellent. Classroom instruction was great...they did a one week intensive class during school vacation.

Horrible ... They never pick up phone and I was waiting to speak with a staff for almost 45mins, I had to hang up the phone.Also, they make you wait over an hour to be attended to.Also when you call and leave a message, they never call you back.Maybe they are overburdened with tasks that they have no time to cater to customers.Just horrible

Very friendly, wait wasn't too bad, they were able to call somebody for me to help solve an issue and were just very warm and accommodating!! Great customer service!!

Brought birth certificate, tons of bills, ss card and whatever else I needed to cover my ass just to get my license renewed. Walked in and was sent to the registration desk. Michelle looked over all my stuff and said it would be an hour or so wait. Filled out paperwork and sat for over an hour. The lady before me went up and had an old tax form and was told that she could not renew her license. . I felt bad and said to myself that sucks.....that old lady just wasted an hour come to find out, I was about to be her!! I go up and the girl tells me that my birth certificate wasn’t certified. It was from Ohio 1971, so it was super old. I need to go online and spend $65 for a new one!! I wish the lady at the registration desk knew this and told me about it before I wasted my day off from work and time. Very disappointed and frustrated from the lack of knowledge of this place. I’ll stick to the RMV where they are more experienced

I had many questions about cinque terre Italy tours etc. and Lynn was more than helpful. Thank goodness I stopped in to find out information because I didn't know the Main Museums were NOT open on a Monday in Florence! Now I can make a new itinerary. THANKS Lynn...you are the BEST Mary
