Truthfully the star would be marked as minus if it was at all possible!After approx 20 years membership I am cancelling due to the dangerous situation my family was left in on the side of the road.I have paid extra because one of my vehicles is a wheelchair modified van. My son (wheelchair user) was at a workshop in south jersey. Approx. area of Ewing Twp. The car stopped in the road. My son called for roadside assistance. Tow vehicle came and winched van on bed of truck. He prepared to drive away. My son asked where was he to sit. Driver said I don't have wheelchair accessible and drove off leaving my son at the side of the road.This is absolutely unacceptable. I will tell anyone I can that AAA is not a trustworthy roadside assistance insurance.Mrs. Wallace

This insurance agency is terrible to work with, they do not return phone calls. There is too many layers, (i.e., corporate, region, local) you don't know who is handling your account. Even when you ask for urgent return call concerning a deceased parent's home owners policy renewal with impending cancellation. I'm calling NJ Manufacturers,, don't know why my parents used AAA anyway. Just terrible customer service.

I went to get Six Flags tickets and I bought them with a huge discount. The lady who was at front desk, was very helpful and answered all my questions. Nice experience.

I stopped in last week to pick up a map a tour guide and found that they had moved the maps etc from the entry foyer to the office on the side where they provide travelers checks, etc. I had to wait in line for 7 or -10 minutes while the clerk took care of two people ahead of me, including walking out to the foyer to get maps and books. I never have had to wait like that before to pick up a map. Thumbs down on the change from my experience.

Yesterday I had a TERRIBLE day with my car and I was completely and utterly happy with the service I was provided by a tow-truck drive named Kevin E. He was as cool as a cucumber while I watched on in horror as my car and his truck blocked 4/5 lanes of traffic in downtown Newark. Ha! He was so nice, patient, and professional. So glad to have had that experience with him. Thanks from the owner of hot mess of a KIA minivan!! ref# 43632
