Outstanding service! As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile. I came there to get an international driver's permit, and the process took less than 30 minutes! Most of that was just waiting for my picture to develop.

Long-time AAA member and really happy to see this facility in my local area. Membership is not required for the professional auto service. The travel and other services offered at this location are really convenient and have provided friendly and timely service. #GOODEHOMES4U

I wish I could rate them lower than a zero. Steer clear of this place. Cathy J (Assoc.) and mgr Michael C. were horrible. My experience was so beyond horrible and bizarre. Customer service was nonexistent and neither of them had any knowledge, integrity or skill. Do yourself a favor and plan your vacation with a reputable company who values its customers. AAA, especially this location, is not that place. Don’t trust your vacation to them.

Worked there for two years, micromanagement type of environment, unwilling to accept feedback from employees who experienced issues with daily operations. Company operates like it’s the 1970’s making the majority of employees disgruntled and unhappy with the work environment which in turn affects the quality of work performance. And they mark the parts prices up 300%!! Step your game up AAA!!!

I renewed my membership. I have call and ask for a replacement card twice, it has been over 2 months and still no card. As simple as mailing a new card. I have my doubts about them servicing my vehicles

I would DEFINITELY recommend seeking another opinion before settling for their services. Their prices are almost double the dealership without the free coffee and donuts. However, the facility is very nice and customer service seem to be good. I was quoted over $3K for repair cost for my truck at this location. The dealership I normally get my truck serviced through quoted me, for the same services almost half the cost for a simple brake job. I decided to purchase all my parts online, and have an certified mechanic to install. My total cost for services will be just over $1K for both parts & labor with a higher part quality.
