Received a quote for a homeowners insurance policy from an agent at this location. After I had paid for the policy in FULL (and over a month later) the agent notified me that the price had changed and wanted to charge an additional $200 for the policy. They took absolutely zero responsibility for the wrong quote and did nothing to resolve the situation. Even worse the agent couldn't reasonably explain the reasoning behind the cost increase. She even stop responding to my phone calls and emails. It was a bait and switch situation and I wish I went with a different carrier. BUYER BEWARE on any quoted policy coming out of this location.

These ladies do an awesome job. AAA themselves are amazing . I've called once was told it would be half hour. Not so it was Winter and I was in a safe building. It took them 9 minutes, to get to me. Great service

Nica and fast when renewing registration or license. Be careful when you need a tow or new battery in Warren. They contract with only 1 company and they aren't personable or nice. They are rude and act like you are wasting their time. Out of the 6 last calls, only 2 were positive.

This is a corrupt organization. I own an auto repair facility in Warwick and on 4/22/19 around 10 am the driver that was supposed to drop my customers vehicle at my station had taken the car to some shop that is bribing him to bring the vehicles to that shop. They left my customer wondering where his car is for hours and when they finally told him where the car was that repair station fixed the car with no authorization. Be aware of AAA drivers sending you car to another mechanic they make deals with
