It was excellent. Dale and his manager Tony are 2 straight forward, solid guys to do business with. If you want a loan, and you have a high value item. bring it to AA Pawner's ExchangeToday, I came back to AA Pawners to buy a computer since mine has stopped working on me. Tony took care of me with tremendous ease like always. Too bad that Dale wasn't there, but have no fear!!! Tony stepped up to the plate and made sure that I was satisfied with my item.

This is the TOP pawn shop in the Chicago land area! These guys are really in the business of helping people out! I have been going here for the past year and every single time I am greeted with some of the BEST customer severice I have ever experienced! Need a little extra cash to make it through the month! I'm josh a semi professional musician.that being said,I've invested a lot of money in my guitars.probably more than most of the full time musicians I know.i love to play music and have been doing so for 35 yrs.throughout these several decades I've become somewhat of a guitar connoisseur.my guitars are my life's blood and precious too me.these guys are the only pawnbrokers I trust with them.they are without a doubt the best in the business! They always give me the best loans at the lowest interest rates.they are courteous and non judge mental.i wouldn't waste my time doing business elsewhere.you won't find a better place.

They gentlemen that work here are the best. They have great customer service. No matter what you stop in for they polite and understanding people they are not like the other "large chain pawn shops". I wish more business had customers service as great as theirs. They offer fair pricing on their products and offer fair prices for exchange , trade, pawns. I definitely would recommend this place over any other. If you are in the area stop in a give them a chance. I would give them more stars if I could. Thanks guys
