I called to inquire about a hunting rifle and had planned on driving the 2 hours to get it the next day. The man that I was talking to was very rude. When he asked for my information and I told him my name he rudely interrupted and asked in a harsh tone: "Is this a woman?" I said yes. Then he proceeded to be disrespectful and told me I sounded like a man. Seriously???? Is this how you speak to your customers? After realizing I am a woman (He didn't apologize) he then talked to me like I'd never purchased a firearm before. I am a Veteran and a gun collector. I've been firing guns since I was a kid. (My dad is a gunsmith.) I was so upset I made the decision not to give this shop my business. You don't get very far being disrespectful. Mistakes happen and if he had of apologized to me then I would have given them my business.

Decided to visit A-Wise after seeing their positive reviews. I liked heir style immediately and knew this wouldn't turn into an uncomfortable "haggle" situation. They quoted me a very fair price, I accepted and that was it. I went in having done a little research on the value of my items and they earned my trust. Highly recommend.

Bought a lawn mower that wouldn't stay running long enough to mow my lawn once. I tryed to take it back to at least to get an instore credit. They wouldn't budge to retain me as a customer. I never returned.

I have been a customer of A-Wise Loan and Jewelry for years and always treated with courtesy and respect. The merchandise is great in quality and fairly priced. The owner and staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in regards to their merchandise.

I have been a customer of A-Wise since it opened. When shopping this is my first stop. I have purchased an engagement ring, lawnmower (to go with the wife), countless tools and electronics over the years. Before my last yard sale I took a trailer load of stuff to them and sold about half of it for a better price than I would have gotten in my yard. Friendly staff with great product knowledge.
