When she inherited it, the website was poorly constructed, but Susan managed to keep it up and running until we finally requested a good fix. She moved the website to a reliable platform, redesigned it, and got all the interactive maps working smoothly for the first time in years. Susan is very responsive, tech savvy, and a good communicator even with luddites like me. And her prices are very reasonable.
