Feedback:

I spoke with 3 representitives after hours that advised me of contact from a doctor within a few minutes. After hours of waiting I called back and was connected with supvr Lissette who swore the calls recorded! Lies!!! The reps left inaccurate memos idiot! So rude I cursed her out and was connected repeatedly advising I was lying about what I was told. Last call I was finally informed there was someone above her DARLYE who advised next call she would connect to the police! All stemming from the misperception of these representatives!! All rude and unprofessional! Obviously no remorse on their end! 100% sure they will not remain in business much longer. Get in the unemployment line you!

Every time I call my pool service, I get a recording and then am on hold for quite some time. When someone from this answering service finally answers, many of them are not competent in English; every other time, they disconnect me and I have to call back in again. They are rude and incompetent. When I called the company to complain, the supposed supervisor was hostile and rude also. I'm hoping my pool service will find a new provider.
