Regularly neglect to tell me of any issues arising with my account. Most recently, while I was OUT OF TOWN my card was shut off without any type of notice. No email. No phone call. When I called to find out what happened they just told me "oh we were supposed to tell you that." - yes, I know. And you didn't. This is getting annoying. Will be putting my money into a new and better bank.Edit; my passwords been changed and now I can't access my account
