We switched from our old processor to 360 payments. Holy smokes, This was easy!! We didnt have to do anything. They sent us the terminal, we plugged it in, they got into our computer and synced everything up and got it working in under an hour. We had one small issue, called them and we had it fixed same day. Very, Very impressed. Thanks!!

360 is the small company with BIG service. I wish all of our vendors were as responsive and focused on problem solving as this team. Daniel is amazing, and his focus on the client is fantastic. I mostly deal with him for resolving issues with our devices and can always count on an immediate solution. If you are looking for a payment processor, or to switch, these guys are the way to go. I wish our relationship with all our vendors was this seamless - one less headache for an IT manager to deal with.

What can I say about 360 that their staff hasn’t already emulated? Well, they are absolutely amazing, from Lisa first helping me get signed up, to the equipment, technical support and the entire process of using them has been by far the best customer service experience I’ve ever received in this industry! On top of the great customer service, they have the best rates I’ve been able to find anywhere! Great job 360, keep up the amazing work!

Lisa and her team are incredible, most people do not understand how credit card processing works and think... all companies are the same and the big banks have me covered so why would I meet with someone about this? Switching to 360 saved my company 7 THOUSAND DOLLARS PER MONTH. I was getting screwed and 360 saved me. I am forever grateful, and will be a loyal customer for life. Not to mention their customer service is top notch. I am only mad I didn’t switch earlier.

Made the switch to 360 Payments a few months ago and very happy I did. The service has been excellent - when I've had questions or inquiries they've been addressed quickly and politely. I also appreciate that the online access to my account is clear and easy to use and funds are in my bank account the next day. Thanks again!
